Note:

The following items are prohibited:

*Tent, canopy, or other temporary structure.
*Sale of food, beverages, or other goods.
*Collection of fees or monetary contributions
*Use of generators
*The use of glue, nails, tacks, screws, staples or other fasteners that may scratch or otherwise damage surfaces of the shelter.
*Any form of personal grills or cooking devices
*Amusement devices such as inflatables, rock walls, etc.
*The use of musical instruments and other amplified sound equipment is prohibited within the park.
*Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or smoking is prohibited in the park.

The following activities require prior approval from the Parks and Recreation Department. Approval is not guaranteed for any event.

*Operation of special food and beverage amusements such as snow cone machines, popcorn makers, food vendors, and outside catering.
*Conduct fundraising efforts, races, walks, athletic league games or practices and other organized events.
*Set up of additional tables and chairs.

Cancellation and Refunds
Any cancelation made more than two-weeks prior to the reservation date will result in a full refund (facility fees and deposit). Any cancelation made less than two-weeks will result in a facility fee refund and forfeit the deposit. Upon request, a full refund will be processed for inclement weather (rain/thunderstorms/snow).
