$75 refundable deposit required to hold spot. Full amount will be refunded as long as your truck shows up to serve.
Registered trucks must have been pre-approved by the Parks and Recreation Department for this event. Unauthorized trucks will be removed and refunded.

Food vendors must bring their own source of power and hold current permits from the Health Department or Department of Agriculture (whichever is applicable). Food vendors with trailers must be prepared to un-hitch during set-up.
