Christmas Parade Application 2025

The 2025 Knightdale Christmas Parade will take place on Saturday, December 13, at 10:00 AM.

We do not rent out professional floats. Each group must provide their own vehicle(s)/float and candy.

All float entries (vehicles pulling a trailer) are required to submit a Certificate of General Liability Insurance (COI) with the Town of Knightdale (950 Steeple Square Ct, Knightdale, NC 27545) as additionally insured with their application or email one to Kayla.Bender@KnightdaleNC.gov. COI's that include the language "Town of Knightdale is included as Additional Insured as respects General Liability policy where required by written contract." or similar language will NOT be accepted. Marchers or vehicles not pulling anything do not need to submit a COI.

Please note that this is an application and does not guarantee entry. All applications must be reviewed and approved by Knightdale Parks and Recreation. You will be notified of your approval status within five (5) business days of submitting your application. Payment will be due at the time of registration.

We encourage all entries to play Holiday/Christmas music, other genres of music are strictly prohibited.

For safety and verification purposes, all vehicles (with the exception of antique vehicles) must submit the following no later than Tuesday, December 9:
o A copy of the driver’s license for the individual driving in the parade.
o A valid registration for the vehicle pulling the trailer/float.

A mandatory meeting will be held at the Knightdale Recreation Center (102 Lawson Ridge Rd) on Tuesday, December 9 from 6:30pm-7:30pm. One representative from your organization/entry must be in attendance. At the meeting you will receive your lineup number, parade rules, and parking information.
