Information & Rules:

Spaces are 10'x10'.

You are required to provide a Holiday treat or activity. Activity cannot be letters to Santa.

Any candy/food being passed out should be pre-packaged and not homemade (pre-packaged hot chocolate mixed with water is acceptable).

No child nor their guardian will be required to sign up for or do anything to receive treats or participate in activities (i.e. they do not have to sign up for a mailing list, spin a wheel, etc. to receive something or do the activity).

You cannot sell products/services, play music, or give away balloons at the event.

You may pass out flyers, coupons, or other promotional materials for your business or organization in addition to treats/candy/toys.

You must provide your own table and chairs.

Pop-up tents are permitted only if adequately anchored to withstand the elements of weather. Stakes are not permitted.

The following items are prohibited: Confetti, balloons, glitter, raffia (Easter grass), BB Guns/Airsoft Guns, Tobacco Products, Alcohol, Fireworks/Bang snaps, Silly String.

All participants must be on site by 5pm and dismantle is permitted at 8:01pm.

Estimated total attendance is 2,500 people.

Participants will provide equal access/opportunity to all event participants regardless of income, cultural background, religion, mental or physical barriers, age or gender.

The Town of Knightdale reserves the right to deny the registration of any registrant that does not meet the current needs/policies of the Town or event.
