Information & Guidelines:

Craft/artisan vendors selling food may only sell pre-packaged food/drink not intended for on-site consumption (i.e. hot sauce, sourdough bread, etc.). Craft/artisan vendors may NOT sell made-to-order food/drink (i.e. lemonade, ice cream, coffee, etc.). Generators are NOT allowed. Access to an outlet is not guaranteed. If you are a craft/artisan vendor selling food items, you must hold an applicable Health Department inspection, Department of Agriculture home inspection, or other applicable license or permit for your product(s). Please email this to Kayla.Bender@knightdalenc.gov immediately after registering.

Information & Guidelines:
• The following are prohibited:
o Made-to-Order Food/Drink or Food/Drink intended for on site consumption
o BB Guns/Airsoft Guns
o Tobacco Products
o Marijuana Products - exception: hemp clothing
o Alcohol
o Fireworks/Bang snaps
o Silly String
o Confetti
o Face painting
o Fairy hair
o Generators
• If too many vendors register to sell the same or similar items, those vendors who register later may be denied participation and issued a refund to ensure variety.
• Vendor spaces are 10’ x 10’ with no space between booths.
• Vendors may not purchase additional spaces to increase booth size.
• Tents are permitted.
• Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs.
• Access to electrical outlets is not guaranteed.
• Booth locations are assigned at random and may not be changed.
• Confetti, balloons, glitter, and raffia (Easter grass) are not permitted at your booth.
• Vendors are expected to stay for the entire duration of the event. Vendors who leave early may lose the privilege to set up at future events.
• Vendors must provide equal access and opportunity to all event participants regardless of income, cultural background, religion, mental or physical ability, age, or gender.
• The Town of Knightdale reserves the right to deny vendor registration if a vendor does not align with the needs or policies of the Town or the event.
